Bound - with Yaa Samar! Dance Theater – USA 2014

New York City based Yaa Samar! Dance Theatre presents Bound, a dance theater performance that examines the adaptability of the human spirit through the stories of nine individuals living under occupation. Situated between mobile planes that act as buildings, borders and projection surfaces, YSDT conveys the urge to retain a sense of normalcy in an environment of chaos. With an original score by Palestinian composer boikutt, this multimedia production features video, music and text alongside live dancing.
